Return & Exchange Policy
At MyTruckPoint, we work hard to make sure that you get the right part and you are satisfied with it. A perfect return or exchange policy make it easier for you to shop with us without any stress about your purchase. If you want to return a product for any reason, we offer you an easy solution to return the product to us within 30 days from purchase.
Most of the products we carry are returnable as long as the product is return in original condition with all the packaging, parts, accessories, paperwork and in new and unused condition.
30 Days Return Policy.
You can start a return with MyTruckPoint in few simply steps. When you are returning the part it is very important that MRA label and the shipping label are attached to the box. Please note that any return without MRA Label is not eligible for refund or exchange.
Restocking Fees
Certain products require a 15% restocking fee. However there would be a restocking fees and return shipping cost to them and must be returned in original condition with all the packaging, parts, accessories, paperwork and in new and unused condition.
Non-Returnable Products
Some products are non-returnable, such as all the special order are non-returnable, also items such as custom painted or custom made are not returnable. In case of manufacture defect you may return them for the credit.
Exchange Policy
Yes you can exchange the part that has all the original condition with all the packaging, parts, accessories, paperwork and in new and unused condition.
Return shipping costs?
If the return is due to manufacturer defect or MyTruckPoint error, we pay for return shipping. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for returns. We may be able to create as discounted return shipping label for you.
Received the wrong item?
Verify few things before considering as the wrong part. First please verify the part number on the receipt and the box that came in. If the part number does not match what you order please contact us at 1-800-292-4173
And we will arrange the return for the incorrect part and ship you the correct part.
